Apply a quarter-sized amount of cream onto cleansed body, chest, hips, hands, arms, and thighs. Gently massage into skin using upward circular motions until fully absorbed, giving extra attention to problem areas. Use 1-2 times daily with continued use for best results.
For external use only. if irritation develops, discontinue use. If cream enters eye, flush thoroughly with water. If accidentally ingested, contact a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
